Summer

I have not written a post FOREVER (Picture Sandlot)! It's been summer for a month now for me, and I have not written. Shame. Well, I've been to the Cabinito a few times. I love it up there. The hammock is my most favorite thing ever. I took a long nap (as much napping as possible with Mitch and Livvy having a water fight) yesterday in it. And it pulled the buttons off my pants!
None of my broody hens succeeded this time, besides the one who hatched a chick 6 weeks ago. That baby is getting huge. One of the hens is still determined to hatch and started sitting on eggs yesterday. So we'll see.
My chicken coop plans are coming along nicely, but there has been no actual construction yet. Again, any donations such as plywood, 2x4s, or windowness of some sort (not necessarily glass, just something to let light in without letting in cold) would be GREATLY appreciated. I'll give you cookies! and eggs. ;)
I have a huge list of goals for this summer. I haven't really done much though, because it still doesn't feel like summer. Especially with the rain we had. We are almost done roofing the house though! YAY! It's crazy hot up there, and I could hear the drums from RHS' marching band one day!
And I have EFY and girls' camp in a few weeks....looking forward to that.
Book of Mormon Youth Conference was GREAT! I cried every day!
And I have read a lot lately, although I don't get too much time. I wish I could read every day.
I do read the Book of Mormon every day! Yay!
